Refund policy



If you purchase a class/workshop and something comes up and you can not attend, please give us at least 7 days notice.  We can offer store credit towards a future class if given this notice. If all future classes are full, we will keep you informed to new classes. If you want to give or sell your spot to a friend, that is fine. Please let us know so we can send the correct participant the registration forms for the event. 

If you need to change your camp/class, you can request to move to another camp/class on a different day/time. You must request this in writing at least 7 days prior to your original camp/class start date. If there is an available space, we are happy to accommodate you, if there is not, we can offer you credit towards a future class. 

We understand that things come up, and that life can be unpredictable. We do not prorate or refund tuition for days missed due to illness or injury.

If you purchase a private party and need to reschedule, we are happy to cooperate. We can not issue a refund, but we are happy to accommodate for a new date and time or issue you credit towards a future event. 

In the rare case that WE have to cancel a camp/event/class/workshop, a makeup opportunity will be scheduled.

If you are not happy with a product purchased through our site, we can offer you store credit for the full amount paid. We can not issue cash refunds at this time.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on special orders, sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All Returns at this time are for store credit.
